                              Kayla Escobedo was raised in DeSoto, TX and attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas. She is currently an undergraduate at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. There, she is an editor for the Harvard Lampoon and a designer for The Harvard Advocate.  She has been granted an Artist Development Fellowship through Harvard University and is currently painting and making comic books.
